Summary: stayed with my wife and adult daughter to attend my mothers funeral, chose this place over a hotel so everyone would have a place to escape to. great deck over looking lake, when it got chilly the back room with couches is where we watched deer drinking at the lake , multiple birds of prey skimming across surface of the water fishing. outside we were greeted by a friendly cat and a rooster and some hens. we had a great stay

Summary: Jillian's property was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I was looking for a quiet getaway, and I felt like she respected that, yet I always felt that she was right there if I needed anything. I couldn't have asked for anything more, and I look forward to my next stay there.

Summary: The property was so amazing. We enjoyed hiking the trails, loved watching the sunrise over the pond every morning and sharing coffee with King! We will definitely be back!

Summary: The property was easy to get to and the property owner, Jillian was very kind. The premises were clean and well maintained. My only issue was a lack of internet connection for wi-fi which she attempted to fix, but the issue was with the cable provider. Farms and farmer's markets are nearby where you can obtain fresh foods and even oick your ow berries, corn, tomatoes, etc. Lakota Wolf Preserve is not far and was very enjoy a abd educational. We also visited the Frank Frazetta art museum in Stroudsburg, PA, among other destinations. The Blairstown Diner, which is seen in the Friday the 13th movies, is also close by. We were given farm fresh eggs and got to see the chickens there. My son is autistic and if he feels comfortable in a place, which he did, it really goes a long way. Ww were

Summary: Had a wonderful stay here in Blairstown! Even after a big snowstorm, we had no trouble getting to the property, and had a lovely time exploring the snow covered landscape during our extended weekend stay (and had fun imagining how beautiful it must be in the Spring and Fall). Lots of places to visit in the area for both indoors-y and outdoors-y types, plenty of amenities on the property and the surrounding area, and all the creature comforts you need in this cozy space.

Summary: This house is a perfect little spot to stay with your family and its dog friendly! We were in the area for a wedding and needed somewhere to stay for a few days and this place was nice and close to 80 so it was easy on and off for travel. Host was very helpful with providing a baby gate and was willing to help out in any way possible.

Summary: The cutest little cottage with a gorgeous lake view. The host was so nice and attentive, greeting us with fresh eggs! Caught glimpses of her animals and even got to pet one of her chickens. Took advantage of one of the recommendations and visited the Alpaca farm, about a 10 minute drive from the cottage. Definitely worth it! The cottage is as described in the listing. Had everything we needed and the heat lamp on the deck was a huge plus for when it got a little too chilly at night. 100% would stay again. :)
