Fun, fish, and family! This home is in a waterfront neighborhood right off the Shell Knob Bridge, with a gentle walk down to the waters edge, just 2 minutes from public boat ramp, and minutes away from Campbell Point Marina and King's River Marina. The home is newly updated with new flooring, paint, housewares, new linens, 2 grills, and much more! The upstairs features 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a Master with king bed and attached full bathroom: Bedroom 2 is also a king bed: bedroom 3 is a queen bed. There is also a 2nd full hallway bathroom. The dining room has a 6-seat dining room set, and the living room has a 47" flat panel LED smart TV with blu ray player and assortment of movies. Home is set up with Direct TV and Wi-fi. Just outside from the fully equipped spacious kitchen and massive pantry is a 500 sq foot deck with 2 tables that seat 12, and new covered and screened in portion of deck with 52” Roku TV with door to enter master bedroom. There are 2 grills for your outdoor cooking needs. The walk out basement features another full large bathroom, giant bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds for the kids. There are two mirrored vanity areas in bedroom with chairs. The living area features another 4 seat high-top game table with shelves full of board games, cards, and a poker set to keep everyone busy for hours! There is a smart 50 inch LED 4K flatscreen TV in basement. There is a daybed with pull out trundle and comfortable seating to enjoy a movie. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Overall, this home offers plenty of room to spread out and relax after a good day at the lake! This home has lots of amenities available, including a culligan hot/cold water dispenser, coolers available for use, and all linens/towels. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Shell Knob with full service grocery store minutes away.
Branson attractions, including Silver Dollar City, are approximately 45 minutes from this home. Explore the natural attractions of Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, Talking Rocks Cavern, Onyx Cave. Golfers will appreciate the Kings River Golf Course. Be sure to make a reservation at the Steak Inn, located just a few blocks away from the house. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the newly upgraded amenities, especially the living space, huge deck, part of which was screened in, and new grills. There were plenty of beds and space to spread out for the 10 of us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to get to the grocery store and marina where we rented a boat slip for the week. Check in and out was incredibly easy. The owners were great and very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

Summary: We rented this home as a graduation gift to our son who graduated high school with honors. 4.3 GPA to be exact. He was allowed to bring 2 friends. My Dad and our youngest son joined us along with my husband. Everyone had their own space and the downstairs is perfectly setup for teens or kids to enjoy. My Dad, husband, youngest son, and I all slept upstairs and the graduates had their own space downstairs. We brought our pontoon boat and rented a slip right down the road. Ate lunch one day at the marina. Harter House grocery store made 50 pinwheel sandwiches to take out on the boat 2 days for our lunches. The boys LOVED them. I came down a day earlier than the rest and meal prepped. It was the perfect celebration and the home and location is the main reason. We will be back again!

Summary: We have used Vrbo for years. We have stayed at varying price points. This property is exactly as listed. Pictures are accurate. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. It was close to local restaurants and grocery store. The owners were not "fussy", with pages of rules on how to use the property. If we stay in area for future vacations, we hope this property will be available for booking.
