Two levels newly renovated 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, dining area, living room, kitchen, huge deck and backyard with ample driveway parking cape cod house. House has approximately 2500 sqft. living space for your vacation retreat.
House is tucked away in a cul-de-sac but conveniently located to major shopping centers, Walmart & Market Place with major restaurants, 3 miles from I-95, 14 miles from Quantico Marine Base, 43 miles from DC, MGM National Harbor and 16 miles from Downtown Fredericksburg.
This house has a suburb’s feel but very close to everything. All living area is completely renovated and new – bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, floors (hardwood and tiles), doors and windows with plenty of space and privacy. House seems small from the front exterior but you will be amazed at your big living space. All the 5 bedrooms have premium beddings and sheets. Kitchen is fully equipped with wine glasses, plates, cutlery, pot & pans, knives, kettle, keurig coffee machine, and a blender.
Layout is as follows:
Main Level: 2 bedrooms including the master bedroom with its own bath; formal living room with cozy rocking chairs, furniture, and 65 inches TV; formal dining room; kitchen with stainless steel appliances; and second full bath
Upstairs Level: 3 additional bedrooms with full bath
NOTE: The building has a basement apartment (tenant-occupied) with its own private entrance & exit, laundry room, bath & kitchen. No shared area/access between the two units. Your Airbnb space is huge and very private.

Summary: We needed a place for our family to meet and this was exactly what we needed. There is plenty of room, and it is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some utensils and cookware in the kitchen need updating, but it was well stocked. The master bedroom needs something to block the early morning sun from coming in the windows, but the host told us they would take care of it. The host was very responsive to our needs.

Summary: This property was perfect for our stay in Stafford for a family reunion. The house is even larger than the pictures show. It comes equipped with all of the things you forget to think about. On our first night we got a call to make sure all was well and to give us a contact phone number in case we needed any assistance. We had a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for family to visit us during our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: This was a true 10 person vrbo. We very comfortably fit our large family and my in-laws. My kids had fun in the back yard, and the house was largely clutter free. I missed some small amenities I've had other places, but nothing critical. Overall a good home for families.
