A great place for visitors, golfers, boaters, or family vacations but not a party place as our home sits on a quiet residential street (at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very private).
Guests rave about the views and the space in this updated 3,500 sf home. Lake Okanagan is a 10 minute drive, as is downtown Kelowna and the mall. A bike trail from the end of our street takes you to a variety of attractions with a 10 minute ride. There are 16 great golf courses, within a 20 minute drive (including Kelowna's best course, 10 minutes away) Backs up next to Knox mountain, offering a completely private fenced-in yard (pet-friendly). Spacious living room and dining room (seating for 10) overlook city and Lake Okanagan. Four large bedrooms (one king size bed, three queens), updated kitchen, theatre room with full wall (12 ft screen); modern appliances include induction cook top, main floor LG washer/drier, large natural gas Weber BBQ (never run out of of propane!)
