This home was built in 1905 and recently remodeled to make it even more comfortable with todays amenities. Including a full size in-unit laundry! You will truly feel like you're in your own lakeside retreat in this fantastic 2 level space.
The Rat Race LLC is a small property management company based out of Minneapolis, MN. Our residents can set up automatic payments each month so your rent is out of sight out of mind. You can also email us for any maintenance requests or questions throughout your stay.

Summary: The location of this lovely apartment at the top of a stately home a block and in view of Lake Harriet is really ideal. We stayed for the month of October, with gorgeous fall colors and the beautiful lake just steps away. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of quaint Linden Hills - the neighborhood is beautiful! The bedding and mattress are very comfortable - always kind of luck-of-the-draw with rentals- so we were very happy with that. The apt is clean and bright, plenty of windows, tastefully put together, and all you need to live away from home. There is a 2nd bedroom one flight up from the outside door, then a 2nd flight of stairs to the main apt. No problem for us, jsut be aware. We would love to stay here again!
