Lakeview Terrace is situated within Rafferty’s Resort on 35 acres of natural bush land with water frontage on Lake Macquarie. The wonderful advantage of this Terrace is it is closest to the main pool, cafe/Restaurant and lakefront. The Terrace is two storey with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms have a shared balcony with lake views. Downstairs is the kitchenette with dining and living areas and is fully air conditioned.
Each ensuite has bath towels, hand towel, face washer, bath mat, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, blow dryer and extra blankets/pillows. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, ceramic cooktop with a range hood, Nespresso machine and all the utensils, cutlery, crockery and cookware you require for your stay. The living area has a flat screen Smart Television with Netflix and Free Wifi. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and iron board.
The self contained terrace is booked exclusively for your use and is professionally cleaned prior to arrival.
The Lakeview Terrace also has full use of the resort facilities which include the main resort pool, indoor heated pool, oasis pools, tennis courts and BBQ areas. The resort itself has a boat ramp and jetty with waterside dining at the restaurant. By the lake JETBUZZ provides onsite water action from thrill seeking jet boating to seasonal whale watching and fishing tours. Watercraft and equipment hire are all available on site including kayaks, standup paddle boards, boat hire, bikes and fishing items.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. It was only a 1.5hr drive from Sydney yet we felt like we were miles away. The home was just what we needed, the beds were comfy, the place was clean, and a great deck off the bedroom to see the lake and take photos of the beautiful sunset. Our teenagers were well occupied with the numerous tennis courts, swimming pools, and open grassed spaces for a game of footy, not to mention direct access to the lake and a short drive to a range of beaches. Mario was super helpful with a little video of how to get to the place through the vast resort grounds. Would definitely recommended for an awesome get away. Thanks Mario

Summary: Having stayed at Rafferties before we really appreciated our stay, from the call pre check in with tips on nearby coffee etc. The condition of the terrace really made it a comfortable stay, absolutely spotless and the addition of a few bits in the kitchen (tea, coffee machine, basic condiments) was a lovely touch. The location is great being so close to the main pool and bar etc. We would most likely book this again rather than any other provider at the resort. Big thank you Mario!

Summary: Mario has been so accomodating and making us feel welcomed. The place also has some water view upstairs. Great place to stay if you love fishing. To be able to use the resort facilities is also a plus though my son is already occupied with fishing.

Summary: Mario goes above and beyond to make sure you are prepared and excited for a wonderful stay. Super friendly and full of suggestions of things to do to make sure you have a great time. The personal touch of a phone call prior to arrival as opposed to an email was super lovely. The accommodation was everything it promised to be and a amazing time was had by all. The location of this terrace was perfect within the resort being right near the lake front and the main pool. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with this stay.
