Summary: We rented this property for a wedding weekend so that family could stay with us. It was perfect! Patrick was very forthcoming about problems the previous renters had caused, but it didn't hinder us from having a great time! So much better than a hotel since we could all stay together! Highly recommend!

Summary: Overall, our stay went well. Parker was responsive to messages and the house was clean. This is located in a quiet neighborhood and we had no issues with noise, dogs or neighbors. It was not a big deal to us because we did not cook, but the kitchen is stocked like my college dorm room but there was a grill available for use. If the need arose, we would stay here again.

Summary: In town for a family funeral. Arrived at wrong address due to VRBO listing, but property was actually 213 Kinder. Parker was very responsive and we got to the right property in a few minutes. A bottle of wine welcomed us when we got inside. The living and dining room are open and the space is good for hanging out. The beds were comfortable and the two full baths were clean. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion were provided. Great deal for Sikeston, close to the interstate and Lambert’s.

Summary: We enjoyed the spaciousness of the rental. There were some glitches (reserved one address, booked into another; the inside was wheelchair accessible, but the porch and front door had a small step; and the wifi didn't work at first), but the host was able to help us work through most issues. The billiards room was a surprise, but the weather was a bit too warm to enjoy that activity. Overall we were pleased.
