Summary: This is my second stay in one of the Lamington Apartments, and I’ll absolutely be booking with them again. The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to the Tube (approx 10 min walk) and local bus lines, making it a super convenient base for exploring London. The Lamington Apartments are consistently responsive and helpful. For example, when I let them know the handle on the bedroom window was broken and requested a fan, they had someone there the same day to deliver the fan and fix the window — impressive service! Communication is quick and easy using WhatsApp. We appreciated having access to a washer and drying racks, making longer stays much more comfortable. And the kitchen is a great bonus — perfect for making breakfast or a quick meal after a day out in the city. The apartments have modern decor that is comfortable, clean, and not dated! The beds are comfy, and the bedding and pillows are high-quality. This is especially important on my list of things to look for when making reservations! To top it all off, we were surprised and delighted with a free upgrade to a two-bedroom property — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. Highly recommend staying here for both comfort and convenience!

Summary: I didn’t notice any fan in the apartment and I imagine with the increasing heat one would be needed as it was already warm inside. Otherwise apartment 1 was lovely.

Summary: We had the top 2 floors of this building. Although there’s no elevator and 3 flights of stairs, the apartment was nice. The dryer of the washer/dryer unit didn’t work. I would stay here again. Be aware you’re .5 miles away from both tube stations, though

Summary: Nicely updated apartment. It had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up. Comfortable beds and big fluffy bath towels. The only downside was the narrow vintage stairway, it didn't take long to get used to it.

Summary: It’s in a safe neighborhood, the apartment is in perfect condition. Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, plates and utensils. There’s a washer - a washer/dryer combo, we hanged dry our clothes. The restaurant by the corner of the street was good and they offered discounts for the tenants of the apartment. The only thing to note is our apartment is on first floor, with two suitcases per person for a party of three, the staircase is normal (I guess in European countries), not very wide, so moving many luggages is quite a challenging exercise. And, I guess it’s also very normal there in UK, the water pressure for shower is very low, which we are not used to. It takes a long time for one to finish showers, not to mention about washing the hair. The bathtub is tall for the sides, definitely feels not very safe for older people. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff there were responsive and helpful.

Summary: Silverware were dirty. I needed to wash all before we use. Bathtub was stuck no drain at all.We stay 2 nights but we couldn’t use it at all on first day.

Summary: Great property for our weekend in London. We were visiting Wembley and it was very easy to get there by tube. Clean apartment with everything we needed. Only minor negative, the apartment was shown as having luxury toiletries but we only got a bar of soap. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Great space for a family of four. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, especially the towels. They didn't have the fridge outlet turned on so our food the first day went bad. And the two chairs in the living room were the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. But both those are a little nit-picky. 4.5 stars out of 5 and I would stay again.
