Summary: Excellent place. Very clean,comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendlly staff. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: It was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Driving Leaving Oslo we drove out to see Heddalsvegen Stave Church. Drove back to Lampeland and had a nice dinner (limited menu) at the hotel. Traveled North the next day to three churches - Uvdel, Nore and Rollag. Had dinner in Kongsberg (20 mins. away). The Hotell was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had a friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great little “store” in the lobby! Would recommend it if touring this area!

Summary: This was a phenomenal stay! We toured around the area during the day and very much appreciated a later check-in. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable. Clean and cozy describes this location. The breakfast was delicious. Hope I have an opportunity to visit this area again.

Summary: We were four adults sharing a family room at the Lampeland hotel on the way home to Sweden from hiking to Trolltunga. Everything from check-in, cleanliness, bed comfort, breakfast to check-out was good. The hotel, situated just a twenty-five minutes drive from the E134, had a very cosy ambience. The breakfast was good. We can recommend the hotell to anyone passing by.

Summary: It was very warm when we stayed there so I was very warm all night. However, it's not typically this warm in Norway. They were very friendly and had a great bar area.
