Summary: We loved our time at Lanah Residences. Jean-Pierre was a wonderful host; greeting us at the airport and leaning on his years as a top executive at the Four Seasons to provide a truly 5-star personalized stay. Every detail at the hotel is well thought out, beautifully decorated, and customized. A highlight was breakfast, where Toni, a globally recognized culinary force, not only makes an incredible meal for you each morning, but also engages in delightful conversation. We wish we could have stayed longer both to enjoy more of what Queenstown has to offer and to spend more time at Lanah itself.

Summary: This is a great location in Frankton, quiet, not far from a very busy Queenstown and the views are spectacular from the room. Walking/bike track is excellent. Jean-Pierre the consummate host, nothing too difficult, very generous with his time and advice of what to do, just one of of our best accommodation experiences ever. Definitely 5 start quality and service, if we could describe in one word it would be, 'wow'!
