The kitchen has been completely redone with all new stainless steal appliance and granite counter tops, both bathrooms have been updated and feature walk in showers, new flooring has been put down throughout the entire condo, all new furnishings....nothing has been missed here! This condo is direct Beachfront with your own private balcony to take in the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico every night, you will NOT be disappointed! Building #10 is located next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Summary: Everything about this rental was perfect to the last detail. I would HIGHLY recommend and if our travels take us back here, we will definitely check for availability.

Summary: This unit is amazing in terms of cleanliness and decor. Loved it! Only thing I would recommend is bringing an eye mask for sleeping in the primary unit. The shades over the windows are NOT dark at all. But, additional plusses are lots of beach equipment, a coffee pot AND a Keurig, washer & dryer, and keypad locks. My *only* complaint about the property is the pool. It would appear on really high traffic weeks like spring break, they have pool monitors who ensure that no fun is had, except in your chairs. Can't even drink WATER in a Stanley or Yeti cup in or on the edge of or near the pool or hot tub. Can't throw a ball in the pool unless you're two feet from one another. I was told by another guest who was there the prior week that these rules were not being enforced, but they were this week. The folks who can afford to stay here at peak times like Spring Break are at least 30+ year-old parents with kids or couples, and many guests were 60-70+. There is no one here who is shotgunning beers until they throw up in the pool. Can't we all be treated like adults and relax? We stayed in another condo complex in Indian Rocks Beach who had no such constant pool monitor and the whole vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, had I known I would be this policed at my happy place, I may have selected somewhere else. Yes, it's their pool, their rules, but it's a whole much ado about nothing. So, I would love to stay here again, just not on Spring break "week."

Summary: This is the most modern, beautiful unit I have seen at Land's End. The beach is very quiet, many days the ocean was glassy and calm. Plenty of local restaurants around. The unit is spacious and has everything you may need including a crock pot, a blender, a few books, and tic tac toe.

Summary: We loved our stay at Lands End. It was perfect for us. The beach was beautiful, not crowded and just yards from our building. We enjoy the board walk around the property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great also. Would definitely go back.

Summary: The property was absolutely amazing and clean. The unit has been updated and is very nice. If you are looking for a friendly family environment this is your choice. The beach was great, if you like to find/look for shells this is the place to go! We will be returning for another family trip soon.

Summary: The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for a great week. The condo is updated and the pictures in the listing are exactly what you'll find. Condo has a well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need. The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated as well. The location to the beach and pool was great. Excellent ocean views off the balcony. They also have a few beach chairs for you to use. Kids like the tennis courts and shuffleboard. You can get gear at the gatehouse. A short drive to most restaurants and grocery stores. Only a half hour from Downtown St. Pete. Even took in a TB Rays game. Would stay here again!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third time using Resort Rentals for a unit at Lands End. It is my favorite community in this area. Quiet, removed and feels private. So if you are looking for things to walk to like restaurants and shopping - this is not it. This unit is outstanding. It looks just like the pictures, well-stocked and well cared for. Thank you for opening your home away from home up for rentals.
