Positive: A fantastic location with some great walks in the area. Even the weather didn't spoil the trip. The lodges were excellent and the hot tubs were the added bonus. The staff at the resort were fantastic and very accommodating.

Negative: Unfortunately the resort suffered from a heating issue in the bar/restaurant area that affected service but was no fault of anyone just one of those things.

Summary: A fantastic short stay and we will definitely be back!

Positive: The location was amazing.

Negative: No view, I understand the privacy for the hot tub but would prefer a view. Plastic toilet seat that rested on your back when in use. The property wasn’t cleaned to a high standard. To pay £13 a night for a dog which is high, I would have expected it to be spotless on arrival. The pillows desperately need changing, they were lumpy which means cheap pillows and end of life. I didnt realise we had neighbours the other side of the wall when booking, you could hear them, needs more soundproofing.The patio door was incredibly heavy to open. Almost impossible if you are elderly. The dishwasher rack didnt fit in the dishwasher. Staff vaping/smoking in the picnic area. Surely that is something that should be done out of sight of customers
