Summary: We always stay at the Landmark when we go to DoCo and rent a condo. The weather was cooler so didn't get to use the pools but the hot tub in our building was great. We did not have a good experience at the Carrington Restaurant located on the property. Food was fine but the service was poor - took 50 minutes to get our food when the waitstaff said multiple times it would be a few minutes. Egg Harbor had 2 days of activities for the 4th of July so it made our stay very enjoyable. Bailey's Harbor had great fireworks too.

Summary: The resort was very well maintained and nicely spread out so you have your choice of pools, tennis & basketball courts and shuffle boards to stay active. Hot tubes and sauna were our favorite.

Summary: We've enjoyed many wonderful stays at the Landmark and this last stay was just as great. The rooms are always clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The views are second to none and the Resort is centrally located.

Summary: The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Check in and checkout was a breeze it didn't take long at all. The room i stayed in was very inviting and comfortable. I did stay at a time were it wasnt busy, but the noise level was good. I was very impressed with how clean my room and every where else on the property inside and out!
