This two bedroom, two bath villa sits on the most northern tip of Captiva Island, with amazing water views of the Gulf of Mexico, Redfish Pass, and Pine Island Sound. Literally just steps away from beautiful water with daily sightings of dolphins, manatees, tarpon, birds, boats and more amazing scenic views than I can mention.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 TVs & DVD player, free WIFI & cable, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, jacuzzi tub, covered parking. Sorry - No Pets allowed. Equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella.
The Land's End Village offers heated pool, tennis courts, , propane BBQ grills, marina access (with additional fee), and 2.5 miles of award winning Captiva Island beaches!
This 330 acre destination resort has miles of the beaches in the United States with calm-tranquil gulf waters.
Please note - Condo is privately owned and NOT associated with South Seas Resort rental program. Some resort amenities are not available with the rental of this home including resort pool, golf course, trolley, some stores/shops and restaurants within South Seas. These additional amenities come at a premium to South Seas Resort guest. Occasionally amenity packages can be purchased for an an additional cost from the resort, if available with no guarantee.
This unit is non-smoking, with a maximum occupancy of 6 people, and a 5 night minimum rental period is required.

Summary: The unit was plenty large for the 4 adults. Beautiful views and easy walk to beach. We reserved a spot at the marina for our boat with no problems, but be aware that you must find a location to leave your trailer as there is no room at Southseas Plantation property.

Summary: Exactly what we were expecting! This unit has incredible views of the sound, pass and North Captiva. Ocean breezes all day. The unit is cozy and comfortable, well supplied, everything is working order, and has easy access to the beach. You cannot go wrong staying here!

Summary: My husband, adult son and I stayed here for 5 days. It was perfection. When we weren't on the beach or scouting out restaurants, we hung out on the balcony watching the boats, dolphins and manatees. The beach is so quiet compared to other nearby spots -- we almost had the whole thing to ourselves. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided with the unit were much appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved this place - we'll definitely come right back here the next time we're in Captiva!

Summary: All cupboards were either locked or packed with chairs ,bedding and lamps all sorts Fob for pool was cracked and needs replacement

Summary: The property views cannot be beat! The property was exactly as listed. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, osprey and pelicans all day. Would stay here again for sure.

Summary: The location of this condo is 5 star but the interior, furnishings, and kitchen supplies are not worthy of the price paid. The management folks are great and communicate well but it is apparent that the owner is not willing to spend any money to update anything. From the televisions which are probably 15 years old to the screen door door which is not able to attach to the door frame because of rotted metal to the refrigerator having an ice maker but not being actually hooked up to water to the utensils and dishware that oversupplied and but low quality and a variety that seems like what a college apartment might have, it all just fell a little short. Again, the location is superb but it just feels like the owner is trying to do as little as possible.

Summary: We enjoyed this condo for the location and views. We were able to see dolphins jumping out of the water at sunset and sunrise each day. We stayed at the condo with our adult married children. The second bedroom had two twin beds vs a queen or king bed. The twin beds had lumpy mattresses which was a disappointment for getting a good nights sleep and the TV in the living room was an older unit minus the smart tv features. For the price of the unit I felt this needed to be addressed. The second bedroom and bath is the reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars. The property manager was stellar and very responsive as far as a few small things that were broke.
