Negative: There is no sound barrier, so everything is heard around the house.
Summary: We were there as a big group for a wedding. So having the ability to all stay together was great.

Positive: Lovely venue, excellent facilities and thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pools. Regular interactions with host who was very helpful and polite. She also came daily to attend to the pool/pools which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were far bigger than expected as well which was a bonus.
Negative: Would suggest leaving a mop in the premises for clean down. The gas wasn't working on the hob for the first couple of days which wasn't an issue for us as we used the bbq, but host couldn't have been more helpful when mentioned. Only other thing I can think of is making it clear to strip the bedding and place towels in one place with plenty of notice.
Summary: Amazing place - would definitely recommend!

Positive: The estate was beautiful and peaceful. The pools were fantastic. Estelle was a great host and very helpful and responsive. The house was well equipped. The area had some gorgeous walks, and the sunflowers were stunning. Aubeterre-sur-Dronne was a lovely place to visit nearby.
Negative: The weather was hot while we were there and the bedrooms were very warm at night. Fans were provided but did little to cool it down. Air conditioning would have made it perfect.
