After a complete renovation, this luxurious property provides now a great space, modern comfort and privacy, while still reflecting the quintessential ideal of the Tuscan country house. The exquisite décor of the interiors exudes an understated elegance. The preserved original fine details and materials, such as old terracotta bricks, the stone façade, the big open-hearth fireplace and wood beamed ceilings, welcome the guests in a timeless, serene and magical retreat.

The manicured garden is hedged for privacy, and a gentle path leads to a secular oak tree, under which is set a second living area with design couch and armchairs above the organic shaped private salt water pool and the sun deck provided with sun-beds. The villa is surrounded by 20 acres of land, cultivated with 600 olive trees and vineyards
