Excellent for people looking for home feel when staying in Dublin, for people who just want to relax or for business trip. Top floor balcony offers you a great view while you drink your morning coffee or relax in the evening!
Apartment is bigger then most apartments in Dublin at a spacious 75 sq m. You will enjoy all the amenities in the apartment! Very central but also very quiet once you get inside. Great balcony for sunny days.
The location speaks for itself, situated within walking distance to must see tourists spots like Temple Bar, Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, Dublinia with Viking experience, Christchurch, etc. There are restaurants, cafes and grocery shops on your doorstep.
You can enjoy your morning coffee, sitting on the balcony and looking at the rising sun.

I will introduce you to the apartment and provide free local maps and guides. You will also be provided with local knowledge about places to visit.
I will be available to answer any queries you may have before or during your stay in my place so feel free to contact me.
Check in is from 3PM and can be flexible depending on bookings, but it may be possible to leave luggage from noon (in case of early arrival please enquire) Standard check out time is by 11 AM. Again I may be flexible but that will depend on bookings. Please discuss this with me ahead of time.
We are available 24/7 to welcome you however please make sure you get agreement from us on arrival before you travel/book.
I will endeavor to welcome you on arrival however if I am unable I will ensure it is accessible for your arrival.
All major Dublin attractions are within walking distance from apartment. There is bus stop near by and Luas(tram) few minutes away, if you have a car you can use one of the paid car parks around ie Q park four courts (only few minutes from apartment).
There are cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops just on your doorstep.

Summary: Apartment was everything we needed for a weekend stay. Excellent location. Great kitchen facilities and both a Tesco and Centra shops close by to buy ingredients if you want to self cater. As you’d expect on a busy road in a capital city, you do have the sound of traffic and people so it might not suit light sleepers; the apartment also isn’t accessible for anyone with mobility issues as it’s up three flights of stairs.

Summary: The couches are gross. The windows are thin and the place is too cold for winter. The lack of security. The small beds. The screaming teens outside; it all fell short and wasn’t great. We came, we saw and we left immediately without staying… checked into a hotel instead.

Summary: This property is excellent for business use or for personal use by a small family. The view out of this third floor balcony is really nice and the balcony sliders let in lots of sunlight. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. Certainly not a 5 star property but clean, neat and great value for the money

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at The Liberties. It was a great location for all we wanted to do. The balcony was a nice amenity to enjoy a cup of coffee or night cap (if you’re lucky to have a rain free visit) . Overall very comfortable and clean place to call home for a few days.
