Summary: This house was perfect for a large beach vacation to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday with family and friends. The proximity to the beach is incredible, just a 3 minute walk! The house was set up so well for entertaining a large group (15 total adults) and we had the best time. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to host a large beach vacation.

Summary: This home is awesome. We had 4 children that the upstairs was perfect for them to sleep and hang out. The living space is even more updated than the pictures show. It was close enough to drive to Boston for a game and a day trip but far enough away to be out of the city traffic. It’s also close enough for a day trip to the Cape Cod area. But the best part was the very easy walk to the beach. We had a great stay

Summary: We had an amazing time!! House was super clean! Robyn was always available to answer any questions. Perfect midway between Cape and Boston! Easy walk to beach. All 11 of us fit perfectly!! Main floor bedroom was great for grandma. Looking forward to a stay in the future!

Summary: Well-appointed beach house close to Beadle's Rocks and Rexhame Beach. Sunrises, tide pools, and the opportunity to spend quality time with three generations in plenty of space for everyone. Wouldn't change a thing about this vacation!

Summary: Absolutely perfect. Great house. And an even better location. Every beach amenity you could imagine. Lots of space to either hang out with your entire beach crowd. Or escape to a quiet porch or balcony or the 3 rd floor for quiet alone time. Highly recommend

Summary: There were 14 of us that stayed here for the week. We loved the location. We had beach days, explored Boston, explored Plymouth, did some whale watching and even made a trip to Martha’s Vineyard. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need.

Summary: Steps from the beach, this well appointed and immaculate kept house had plenty of room to relax and cook meals for 12+. Morning coffee on the front porch, spend the day at the beach and dinner around the two large tables on the back porch. The house is close enough to the beach to go back if you forget something and the beach is large enough to stay down during high tide. The bedrooms are huge with plenty of privac.
