Summary: It was a blustery rainy day when we made the short walk to the Hop for breakfast (great breakfast). I could have stood and stared at the water endlessly but the rain made me seek shelter. Such a beautiful spot. The flat is cozy, clean and well appointed. Nice to have a separate sleeping area. I’ll be back! Jack is a wonderful host.

Summary: We stayed for one overnight while in town for a music festival. Jack was a great host with excellent communication, friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and met. All of our basic needs. Check in was easy. The proximity to our music venue and the ocean was great!

Summary: The place is beautiful and easy to access. Just a block or so away from the beach. Spacious, comfortable and private. If we are ever in the area again we would certainly stay here again.

Summary: Exactly as advertised. A tidy, cozy, well-appointed place. Sink and micro without a stove/oven means that you can't do any real cooking, but that was fine for us. I might add a coffee table for the couch (?), but that's really it. We've stayed at bigger and more expensive places that weren't as welcoming and comfortable.
