Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Rhonda's. The place is bigger than it looks on the photos and it was very comfortable. We lucked out to arrive on a sunny day so we were able to enjoy the beautiful patio full of flowers and hummingbirds. The house is very well located in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance (less than 5 min) to a trail that goes along the coastline. It's also within a few minutes drive to Safeway (we also love Takeya Sushi, right next to Safeway). Rhonda was so nice and communication was very easy. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Summary: Quiet place and very close to Steveston. Clean and house has live indoor plants! Host Rhonda was so nice guiding us on restaurants we were wanting to go to and provided suggestions on activities during our stay. My husband and I enjoyed viewing the sunset and afternoon walks! Thank you Rhonda! The only thing that I wanted to have on my next stay would be a microwave😊

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay with Rhonda at her quaint cottage. The neighborhood was so nice, safe, and very walkable to parks, shops, and restaurants. Everything we needed was available (kitchen was VERY WELL stocked), tons of clean towels, and Rhonda was an excellent communicator and so willing to help. We were only about a 15 min drive from the airport, about 30+ min to some of the downtown areas (depending on traffic). Great spot to rest, relax, eat great food, and get out to see the beautiful sights of Vancouver and surrounding areas!

Summary: We were visiting a sister in Steveston and this was the perfect location. We loved the place, everything is there and it works well with the big tv in the bedroom. We never used the tv room in the basement as the tv in the bedroom was wonderful. The only thing i would say to improve the place is a lamp in the living room. Otherwise you have to turn on the overhead lights. Not very cozy. Also, a night light in the bathroom for the night as the house is perfectly dark at night but too dark for a visit to the bathroom. But in all honestly, the perfect place. And I have rented a lot of places. Rhonda is a wonderful hostess and you will enjoy staying there.

Summary: We enjoyed both levels of the accommodation, beds were very comfortable and sleep was great. The lower level studio suite was excellent with good bed ,couch and tv. and done in good taste. Rain shower humongous fridge and large laundry with adequate supplies were a nice surprise. Nice friendly helpful people, felt safe and welcome.

Summary: The location and unit were perfect for our special week away - quiet and comfortable. Our host was wonderful - very accommodating and in contact with us regularly in case we needed anything. Definitely would stay here again!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our visit to Richmond. Conveniently located. Wonderful host. Very close to the waterfront for walks. About a 30 minute walk to Steveston town for restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Back patio was delightful. We really enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the hummingbirds visit the flowers. Felt more like staying in someone's private home vs a rental. Very quiet neighborhood.
