Summary: Apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Appreciated being able to get the car off the road in secure parking area. Could perhaps have had more maps of the immediate local area. The apartment is part of a large shared property with very little soundproofing. Hint - We actually decided not to take the car into Naples itself. We were able to park on the street near the Circumvesuviana Station at Barra. A day ticket only costs 4 euros 50 and is valid on the Metro. All in all this is a good location for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum. Antonio is a very friendly host who tries hard in English!

Summary: Buonasera Antonio, Just some words about our holidays at Massa: a pleasant stay, the house was comfortable and quiet, with a view of Naples and Vesuvius. We appreciated Gino's vegetables and fruits down the street and pizzas from the via Vezuvio. We thank Antonio for his wine, tomatoes and beans of the garden! See you! Summary: My wife and I are close to the consistently positive reviews of our previous tenants. We have always used public transport from and to the city, ischia and pompeij and had no bad experiences. The apartment is really good equipped and offers rest after an active day. It is also an ideal base in 200 m height for a hike to the summit Vesuvius. Just up the road towards the mountain, it ends in a very similar way in front of a property, right here 100 m to the nearest road and on to Mountain Avenue. The road ends at a hiking trail to the summit. We were only up to about 650 m for about 3 hours on the trail, otherwise we would have gone on their way back in the dark. We were also allowed to use in the garden with grapefruit, oranges and lemons - lovely! Thanks again to Tony for his kindness and hospitality.

Summary: The flat is ample with a private parking. It is very well located, on the sides of the Vesuvius for all visits of the region: napoli, pompéi, herculanum Magnificent view of Napoli from the terrace. The owner Antonio is very obliging, it speak English and German very well .We had a great time

Summary: Casa Vesuvio is a very beautiful, well equipped and well maintained apartment. The owner was easily contacted, before and during the trip. He was very friendly and helpful all the time, explaining all the details. Felt like we could really trust him. The location is very good, much better than being down in cramped Naples. The view over Naples from the apartment's backyard is beautiful. And, if you're lucky, you can spot the full moon over Vesuvius (we did). The only disadvantage was that the apartment was quite chilly. But I guess we're just not used to that, since the houses in the Nordic Countries are usually very warm with triple windows etc. Keeping the apartment's heating on practically all the time helped a bit, though.
