Summary: We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the amazing views from the cabin. We also enjoyed all of the extra activities that were available at the cabin for us to do. We had so much fun while staying there!

Summary: Not my favorite place to stay, but for the price it worked. The pool table and ping-pong table were great additions for something to do. Kitchen had adequate equipment. Love that they accept pets. Nothing specifically wrong just a well used house. If you’re looking for matching towels, namebrand toiletries or nice decor this would not be your cabin, but we enjoyed it for the weekend for what we needed.

Summary: The stay was absolutely amazing! The view of Lake Norfork was breathtaking! Stepping foot into the cabin was very welcoming and we felt at home right away. We plan to make another trip out there in the future ❤️

Summary: We had such high hopes for this site for our family vacation. There is a great ping pong and pool table to use. Our vacation took a turn for the worst when we kept noticing feces landing on the table, coffee table, couches, and the floor. We noticed some when we first arrived, but we are no strangers to the country, and a mouse or two for the location would not be a surprise. I swept it up and started to get comfortable with the family to enjoy our time. By morning, we noticed more feces on the floor and table, which started getting a little disgusting. We cleaned it up again and continued. By lunchtime, we were playing a game in the living room, and having the feces drop from the ceiling onto our game board, we had reached our limit. We contacted our contact person and were informed the owners were aware of a squirrel problem. I was also told to reach out to the Evolve team for assistance if we had more issues. Which we did. Thankfully, due to them and the pictures that we sent them of the issues, we got a refund for the remainder of our week, and they helped us find another location to complete our vacation. As for this particular house, I hope the owners hire someone to take care of the infestation and do not harass the next renter who comes along and complains about an issue like this. To us, it was very unprofessional and insulting when the owner of the property reached out, telling us the problem was not that bad on two separate phone calls.

Summary: House was very nice and big, ticks were very bad, house smelled outside of waste. Also found roach outside on railing. Be nice if didn't use all supplies from dollar store. Soaps, tissues. Need new ping pong balls, and pool sticks. But our family had fun.

Summary: We had a great time here. The cabin has an amazing view of the lake. There is an awesome space with a pool table and ping pong that was a blast. The cabin is well stocked with supplies, pots and pans, etc. It’s a great place in a quiet area. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Summary: Clean, vaulted ceiling, open, rustic with all the amenities. Atop a mountain with lake views. And to top it off the host had it decorated for Xmas with a beautiful decorated tree. Why wouldn’t you want to stay here!!!

Summary: We had a Great time. The boys went fishing one day on Bull Shoals like. The weather was awesome. No real complaints. Never did find the trail to the lake, but other than that everything was great. Clean and exactly as it is pictured on the website.
