Positive: The location was very central, it was a short walk into the old/historic town area and a 13 minute walk to the main train station. There were multiple grocery stores nearby as well, which was great for us as a family to grab food for breakfasts and snacks for our day.
Negative: There is a odd smell when you enter the building. However, that odor is not detected once you reach the 1st floor.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Lucerne and this property was a great fit for our family.

Positive: Everything was perfect. I want to highlight that the communication was very fast and we got a warm welcome with all the instructions. Also the apartment was really well equipped - kitchen, basic ingredients, tea, coffee, toys, etc. It really felt like a home.

Positive: Very big place. Perfect for family. Apartment had fully functional kitchen. There was salt and pepper and oil and coffee and tea. Everything you need for cooking for a family. Shop is near apartment. Train station and old town is 10 min walk. Apartment had also bath so perfect for kids. There is also Netflix. We loved it.
