In the Vosges, in Xonrupt Longemer (3kms from Gerardmer), the Rimbaud, beautiful independent chalet, with a view of the valley and Hohneck Mountain. Facing south, near the forest, comfortable and able to accommodate up to 14 people.
This Chalet is particularly appreciated by families because it has different suitable spaces: a play area and a large bedroom for children, indoors and outdoors spaces for adults. Spaces to rest and relax too. Well-insulated lower level bedrooms for those who go to bed early or are light sleepers.

Summary: We booked this house to be able to spend time with the entire family and it's really nice design for it. Then even if there was no snow when we went there is still the lake close where you can go or even some artificial snow skiing station open close. I'm highly recommend this house

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday at Gabriel's chalet in the charming mountain village, Xonrupt-Longemer. The house is spaceous and has plenty of room for the big family or a group of friends etc. We enjoyed the splendid panoramic view of Hohneck every day and had many of our meals at the terrace - also with a view.
