Breathtaking 3 acre gated private estate is being offered to those who have a need for “more”. The property is situated between two large horse properties and only 2 miles from the Denver Technological Center (DTC) and 15 minutes to downtown. This home has 9,000 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces, 20 seat State Of The Art Theater, all backing to the High Line canal (60 mile walk/bike path).
I am often asked about hosting events at my home. I would like to limit the number of guests at the property to 30 and 20 overnight. Not interested in hosting wedding receptions.

Summary: House is just what we needed. Had a bunch of family fly in for my daughter’s wedding and this home did not disappoint. It’s exactly (if not better) than the description. A lot of places leave out some items but not here. Our stay was amazing and if I ever need another place to sleep many people in Denver, I’m choosing this house again. Thank you Jim!

Summary: Great home with plenty of space. Kitchen has a lot of tableware, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, and great appliances. There is a green space that abuts the rear property line for hiking or biking. The house is fabulous. The owner very responsive and kind!
