Private, secluded family cabin on the shores of beautiful Lake Sylvia. House sits on 4 acres and has 400 feet of lake shore. The cabin has an open concept design and beautiful views of the lake. There is a large screened in porch that faces the lake and it is wonderful to sit out at night and not have to bother with the bugs as you listen to the loons. In the great room there is a large stone two-sided gas fireplace that warms any chilly night. The deck spans the length of the house and looks out onto Lake Sylvia, perfect to grill up your favorite meal on the large Weber gas grill. There is plenty of room for family and friends with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has access to the deck and screen porch. The other three bedrooms are located on the 2nd level along with a full sized bathroom. The loft area provides great views of the lake, has a tv (with fire stick) and seating area. The main floor has a large family room (fireplace, 2 couches, tv with firestick), dining room (table that seats 8 comfortably, fireplace), kitchen (island with seating for 3, refrigerator, electric stove/oven, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, electric skillets, and plenty of dishes & utensils), high chair, laundry room (sink, washer & dryer), bathroom (shower, toilet & sink) and access to the attached 2 car garage.
The house sits above the lake. There is a solid, wooden staircase down to the lake with approximately 30 steps. At the bottom is a stone patio with fire pit and room for seating. There is 40 foot dock with plenty of room to tie up your boat(s). This lake is known for its great fishing (all seasons) -walleye, panfish, northern, bass.
The town of Annandale is 5 miles away. They have a large grocery store, gas stations, coffee shop, bowling alley, restaurants & cute boutique stores. Numerous golf courses within 15 minutes of property. Downhill skiing & snowboarding (Powder Ridge) within 15 minutes of property.

Summary: 5 friends from middle school gathered at this beautiful lakeside property for some bonding, lounging, laughing and eating!We were welcomed by the beautiful high ceiling and windows that faced the lake. All of our rooms were comfortable, cozy and we all slept like champions. We enjoyed lots of lounging time in the main room around the fireplace. We enjoyed meals around the huge dining room table and had plenty of room to gather in the kitchen as we all cooked and cleaned!We all really enjoyed spending our time together in your wonderful home on Lake Sylvia!

Summary: It was our annual girls weekend, and this cabin did not disappoint! It could accommodate us all, with so many spaces that you didn't feel cooped up. Many of us enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee and late night chats. The water is very clean. The little set up by the lake was great for those that didn't want to be in the sun too much. The trek up and down those stairs was tough for some, and when it rains it gets very slippery with all the mud. Overall, a great stay that will definitely happen again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Trisha’s large, comfortable cabin! The kitchen had almost everything you could need to prepare your meals. We weren’t able to find a crockpot but it had everything else! Everything was well marked and noted in the binder. Nice and private at the end of the road. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely stay again!!!

Summary: This was our family’s second year staying at Pigeon Ridge and we had the absolute best time. Not only is Trisha a lovely host, but the home is well appointed, cozy and situated with a beautiful view of the lake. The colors this year were so vibrant, so we enjoyed leisurely walks along the country roads. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire at night and fishing off the dock during the day. A truly wonderful stay for a nice long weekend. Thank you!

Summary: The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and has wonderful views! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils, there were a lot of family fun board games, the large dining room table was nice for meal time and game time time. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, and living room was very inviting. There was easy access to a nice dock and patio area down by the lake (stairs involved). The deck and screened in porch were nice too. It was very quiet and private, but it was also close to town where we found some fun eateries. It was close to a nice apple orchard/pumpkin farm, and there were some pretty hikes nearby. The lake was crystal clear, and we did catch some fish. We would love to come back for another visit. Trisha was a good host to work with.

Summary: Our family stayed there while in town for a wedding and it was lovely! The trees were just beginning to change and we had a great view os the lake. The house was very clean and the checkin process was so simple. The manager was very helpful and friendly as well. We would definitely stay here again!
