4 Bedroom Cottage in Janaillat

Bluebell Cottage is a large 4 Bedroom rural holiday cottage, that has been recently modernised & renovated to provide a lovely well equipped property, but whilst maintaining many of the properties original features. The property can comfortably sleep up to 10 people plus under 2 years old in cots. and is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable family holiday. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 Double a Twin and a Twin/Family Room (with a double sofabed). We can also provide 2 cots and a high chair. The cottage has 2 full family bathrooms.
The cottage has direct access onto the patio/terrace with Table, Chairs, Parasols & a BBQ, from the Patio / Terrace it leads on to the large secure garden, where you will find the heated outdoor pool. The property has outstanding views of the countryside from all angles.
The pool is fully compliant with Raffarin Law (Pool Safety Law) and has an surface alarm, a barred cover and is enclosed by a gated fence. The terrace has non-slip tiles to avoid accidents.
For the protection of ourselves, our property and the property of our guests we have CCTV cameras on the property. There are 5 cameras:
1) Covering the back terrace area of 1 Route de Bosmoreau les Mines - Bluebell Cottage (only used to provide any evidence of any damage).
2) Covering the Children's play area (only to provide any evidence of any damage).
3) The pool shed and pool terrace (only to provide any evidence of any damage).
4) The Ping-Pong Table and the Petanque Court (only to provide any evidence of any damage).
5) Front Terrace
The images are only ever viewed when we need supporting evidence of any misbehaviour or any damage. The images are not broadcast on any internet platforms. There are no cameras inside the gites. Guests are permitted to see the images after an incident.

Summary: We had a week’s stay in Bluebell Cottage and from the moment we arrived we loved it, the accommodation is perfect. Rooms are all beautifully decorated and a really great size, all the beds all very comfortable. Most of all everything is provided & the whole house was spotlessly clean. The facilities throughout are fantastic, every detail has been thought of, in fact there was nothing else we could have wished for. Another special mention must be made of the pool, it is “Absolutely fantastic”, the host Bryan admits he has OCD with the pool, and he looks after it meticulously and whole terrace is spotlessly clean. We had several days just lazing around admiring the stunning views from the terrace whilst the little kids had hours and hours of fun in the pool. The location is on the edge of a small village, so is super peaceful and quiet. At night the sky is amazing and you can see so many stars even the milky way. Although secluded it's close enough to plenty of attractions if you fancy a trip out. The lake at Vassiviere is definitely worth a visit as well the village of Crozant. The hosts Jane and Bryan, and their two boys were just perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed their company, sharing many a drink with them. I must mention that they only joined us when we asked and otherwise left us alone. Nothing is too much trouble for them and clearly there only aim is to make sure we had a fantastic time, which we did. This was holiday to remember for all the right reasons and a new family that I'm sure we'll remain friends with for a long time. Thank you
