Summary: Lots of room for the entire family. Host was absolutely amazing when we had slight issues with code getting into house and then when we were checking out had an issue with mom that we called 911 and was late checking out the host told us not to worry and if we needed to stay a couple extra days we could. We ended up not needing to stay but very grateful that they offered. Would recommend anyone to stay here

Summary: This was the perfect house for a family gathering. We had four adults and three children, ages 3, 7, and 11. We invited their cousins who live in Howell for dinner and a Christmas gathering —one child, age 5, and twins, age 7. They had lots of room to play and connect. The house was comfortable and spacious. Bill was invaluable and accessible. We will book this home again when we return to see the family.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, and cozy, PLENTY of room. Nice finished spacious lower level, like its own separate suite with a bedroom, full bath, and living room with plenty of seating and a large TV. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals as well as a nice gas grill on the deck. Full size washer and dryer was a convenient perk. I travel a lot for work and rent a lot of VRBO properties, this one is in the top 5.
