Welcome to the city of Fullerton! This bright and spacious 3,600 sqft home is perfect for any family traveling to nearby theme parks like, Disneyland and beautiful sandy beaches. The kitchen comes complete with appliances and plenty of counter space, perfect for the chef in your group. The master bedroom has everything one could want after a long day with its own kitchenette w/fridge, sink and fireplace to cozy up to. Don't forget to enjoy the grassy backyard and basketball hoops.
The master bedroom features a kitchenette all to itself, complete with a refrigerator and a sink. The fireplace is located in the master bedroom. The outside space features a full-size basketball hoop, and we will provide you with a ball. This is a quiet and peaceful residential area.
We have two dining areas and a huge kitchen. We have formal dining area in its own room for 6, and another dining room inside the large kitchen for 6 including the large 65" TV. The house has all of the original owners' dinnerware, so it is fully equipped for both cooking and dining.
There is also a desk/printer office on the side of the kitchen for getting your work done. There are two sets of washer and dryer and parking for large vehicles.

Summary: Great house, lots of room.... A great place for family reunions or families that wanna share a space. It was perfect for us because a relative was at the retirement home across the street.

Summary: In general we loved the home itself and the neighborhood. It had plenty of space for large families. Frig was not working when we got there but the host was quick to drop us off another one to use right away since it couldn’t be repaired. Really our issues were the cleanliness of the home and that it wasn’t stocked with refills of soap and toilet paper. I could go into detail about the cleanliness but I’ll just leave it at it was NOT clean whatsoever inside or out and looked like it had been that way a really long time. The back door seemed like it could just be pushed in so that didn’t feel safe either. With all that being said the host was very quick to respond, accommodating afterwards, and apologetic. I sent him pictures of everything so that hopefully his cleaning service can be improved because they clearly didn’t do anything before we arrived. We would only stay again if things improved significantly as far as cleanliness.

Summary: The homeowner needs to communicate better with his cleaning company the light switches and outlets in this house some of them are repulsive. Door fixtures on outside doors are worn out and need to be replaced. They need to take special attention cleaning the inside of the fridge the hood above, the stove very unkept and sticky The inside of the house needs a very intensive deep cleaning, dirty behind beds and dressers. Outside of the house needs to be washed down. The patio furniture had bird droppings all over it There was a small pond of Stillwater on the cement slab Cleaning the light switches or replacing them would be a big plus and clean the fridge and hood above stove They have a nice house here they need to update their cleaning practices.
