Welcome to the prime location for all of your Scottsdale destinations. In the heart of the highly sought after 85254 zip code, your stay is just minutes away from some of the best golf, shopping and activities north Scottsdale has to offer year round! Less than 4 miles from TPC Scottsdale, Westin Kierland Golf Club, JW Marriott at Desert Ridge and Orange Tree Golf Resort. Less than 4 miles from Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping districts. Less than 2 miles from Mayo Clinic Hospital.
This private beautifully remodeled single family home features 3 bedrooms upstairs, with a Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom 2 holds a twin over twin bunk bed, with a third twin trundle bed beneath. Bring the kids, because there are plenty of kids toys and books available to play with! Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (also with cooling gel memory foam mattress), a large walk in closet (stocked with a pack and play and blow up twin mattress if needed) and a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. All rooms are equipped with room darkening shades for a restful night's sleep.
Downstairs features a game room complete with a pool table/ping-pong table and plenty of seating to watch! The dining room has a full table with extra leaves available for extra guests. The living room boasts a warm stone fireplace complete with a queen sized pull-out bed within the sectional for extra sleeping arrangements. Also enjoy cable, Netflix, a variety of games on the Xbox, or board games and puzzles.
Outside we have a private driveway with enough parking for 3, and garage parking for 2. The back yard features a large private pool with attached private spa, fully fenced from the rest of the grassy yard. Have fun in our beautiful Arizona sun with a game of ladder ball, corn hole, or washer toss while grilling up dinner on the BBQ.

Summary: The location of this property was great for us. Everything we needed was with in a few miles. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to our request. The updated counters and cupboards are beautiful. We loved the spa.

Summary: We enjoyed the property very much. Very spacious, pool & spa are very nice, plenty of activities at the place (pool table, ping pong, games both electronic and board). The property owners are very attentive. We called with a couple items and they were quick to resolve them. I would recommend this property to anybody!

Summary: Great VRBO property in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked with loads of cooking pans, pots, bowls, utensils, etc. There wasn’t anything we wanted that we did not find. Property is clean, neat with a pleasant back yard. We used the grill, pool table and hot tub (too cool for the pool). Short walk to a nice park.

Summary: The house was very nice and clean. Great backyard and pool area, even though we didn't use the pool because it was a little cool yet. We did use the hot tub in the evening which felt great! The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the sleeping accommodations. It says sleeps 12. We had 10 adults and had a hard time sleeping everyone comfortably.
