The spacious "Family Villa" is located in Mijas-Costa between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. You only have to walk down a few minutes to the beach (650m), where you will find one of the nicest restaurants in the Costa Del Sol area.
You have a short distance to many facilities and attractions, nearby towns, and a 12 kilometers coastline with sandy beaches.
The 275 m² modern style villa consists of a living room, 2 fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 14 people. The villa was renovated 2021 to a high standard, with new floor heating on the top floor to suit all year accommodation.
Additional amenities include high fibre optic Internet with Wi-Fi, 6 splits of air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV with lots of channels from nearly each country in the world, a DVD player as well as a game console.
In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. There are 2 dining areas, furnished with tables and chairs in the garden at the pool and on upper patio. Furthermore, you can relax on one of the comfortable loungers or sun loungers by the pool.

Summary: We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic stay at this Villa. The host Wilrik was superb from our first exchanges!The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay to be perfect!I The pool was a great suze with a lovely lounge area and lots of sun loungers too I honestly couldnt fault it. It was in a quiet residential area so there was no outsude noise. There was a nice restsurant and convenience store a few minutes walk away in one direction and then another restaurant at Wyndham resort a couple of minutes the other way. It was only 20 mins to the airport and also 20 mins from the golf courses we were playing. Taxis were aplenty and it was only 15 mins in a taxi to Fuengirola which we found to be grear for a night out. Wilrik also kindly let us stay on a bit longer on the last day which was so appreciated by us all. I would have absolutely no hesitation in booking this Villa again or recommending it to others!Amazing times and place, thank you Wilrik

Summary: Wonderful house. Nice surroundings with palms and flowers, and no insight from neighbours or from the street. The pool area with the lounge is superb. Sunbeds to everyone, also for the kids. We loved being by the pool, and in between playing some ping pong. And it’s also cloose to the beach, 5-6 minutes walk. It’s absolutely a perfect house for a family like ours, fourteen persons, included four kids under twelve. Nice kitchen that’s connected to the dining area outside and a grill. Many thanks to our host Wilrik, owner of the house, and Marisa, who takes care of the house. Fantastic service, quick answers to questions and fast actions. If I could I would give 10 stars, cause everything was perfect. Don’t hesitate to rent this house. Hopefully we’ll come back some day, the whole family.

Summary: We were a bit nervous regarding this holiday as two Villas had already fallen through, plus a change of owner of this property but from our first contact with Wilrik all the way through the experience was spot on. He replied to any queries straight away and put our mind at ease. The check in process was so easy to follow and the Villa was perfect for our needs. The pool area is stunning and the pool was a nice temperature. The Grandchildren loved it. It was our first experience of this sort of holiday and would defiantly go back again in the future.
