Summary: A few friends and I went up for a girl's weekend for a wedding. The location was great for our needs as we were bouncing between downtown and the venue a little north of downtown.The property was lovely and accurate to the description. The beds were all so comfy! And there was plenty of space for us all to have a little privacy. The outdoor area was a great place to hang out and of course the hot tub was a huge added bonus.I would absolutely stay here again and the host was very communicative, clear, and prompt in responding.

Summary: The community was quiet and close to downtown Denver. The host was terrific! Susan was responsive to our needs and responded rapidly. I would stay there again. I highly recommend staying there.

Summary: So much room for family to spread out and enjoy watching movies in the movie room or playing games in the game area. Enjoyed our stay with easy access to stores, restaurants, and freeways.

Summary: Rather than battle the downtown Denver hotels, I decided to find a home in Arvada for my business trip. I paid the same amount but got all the luxuries of home. Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back.
