Welcome to the Gulf Coast in this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach front home. Enjoy the spacious private home which boasts picture perfect sunsets. The stylish coastal décor will immerse you and yours into living the coastal dream while on vacation. The home provides a kitchen perfect for entertaining with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island w/ 3 stools, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking basics. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s large 6-person dining room table.
The home may sleep 14 easily and offers two master suites (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with a King Bed in each. Both Master suites have adjoining bathrooms-one with a Tub/Shower Combo and the other without a shower. Bedroom 3 offers six single Twin beds while two more single Twin Beds occupy Bedroom 4 upstairs. Bedroom 5 is located downstairs and offers guests a Queen size bed. Two and a half more bathrooms are located within the home. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This home offers full-size washer and dryer.
Enjoy each other’s company in the living area or choose to catch up on your favorite series with the area’s Large Flat 48” HD Screen TV. There are additional TVs in the home. Wireless internet makes streaming easy. Ample parking is provided enough to accommodate 5 cars. A private deck is located near the dunes so you can keep an eye on the kids or get away for a private sunset moment.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Summary: Beautiful location, nice roomy home, loved all the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Mattresses were very comfortably lots of extra coveniences, ice maker, 2 coffee pots and tvs in bedrooms. Living room chairs were very worn and deck rough in places. Would definitely rent again!

Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms for our large family. It did a musty odor upstairs but not too bad. The unit in the middle room downstairs did not work well. That bedroom was hot but we did locate a fan to use. Overall, we loved it. And would definitely stay there again.

We had 2 couples a grandma and 7 kids from ages 17-24. A few of us played golf 3 times during the week, there are great courses nearby. The access to the beach was great! We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for the week, and had plenty of space vs a public beach, no other groups within 30 ft. The home was spacious we liked having the ramp to enter the back patio for our 80 grandparent. 2 great restaurants and 1 wonderful coffee shop within walking distance. we did have a car and drove to others. We'd come back to this beach home. Thank you!

Summary: The location was fabulous! We loved the bed options and most rooms had their own bathroom. The major draw back as others stated is the living room, kitchen, 1 bed room on main level AC did not work. The week we went, the temps were about 75 out. The AC couldnt keep up and felt like it needed freon. Thankfully the other 2 units worked well. I would not stay there in the summer due to AC issue. This could be helped if they would add curtains but mainly the AC needs to be fixed. Also, the place needs a deep clean, there was sand under couch and crackers in door. Also the AC vents stick out of the floor. My daughter sliced her toe very badly. I ended up putting sheets around the vents. There were 2 screws sticking up out of kitchen floor so I had to put a floor rug over them. I am mentioning worst case scenario items so renters will be prepared. BUT given all that I would rent again if the AC was fixed. I did not notify management because other tenants had and was never addressed. We had everything we needed and had a relaxing time.
