YOU WON'T FIND A MORE BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN ORANGE BEACH!
Our condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is only a few steps behind the condo. Emerald Skye is a low density building ( 37 units). Even in the summer the beach is not crowded like the big high rises. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach and within walking distance on the beach to Coastal restaurant and shops. Cotton's Restaurant, an Orange Beach tradition, is just across the street.
Additionally, it is less than 1/2 mile from three grocery stores and two pharmacies.
'Our Little Get-A-Way' is perfect for a couple or small family to get away for a few days or few weeks! Our condo is on the second floor, so you will not have to wait for an elevator. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area and large private balcony.
From the moment you open the door you will know this is not an ordinary rental unit. We love the condo and consider it our second home. The large balcony is comfortably furnished for relaxing and enjoying the view. We even have a table for two for romantic evening dinners!
The condominium is very nicely furnished and decorated. The living area is very comfortable and has a 50 inch screen TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equiped with custom cabinetry and stainless steel applicances (electric stove, refridgerator, dishwasher, and over the counter microwave. It is very well stocked with nice cookware, dishes, and cutlery.
The bedroom is private from the rest of the condo. It has a very comfortable king-size bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps for reading, a 32 inch flat screen TV, and DVD player.
Emerald Skye has a heated pool (March - November), picnic area with charcoal grills, and a nice beach side lounge area to sit and read or enjoy the beautiful view. As a bonus to our guests, we provide access to our ground floor store room, which contains two very nice beach chairs and umbrella.
A fitness room is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with treadmill, elliptical machine, and stationary bicycle. A full range of hand weights and bench is also available.
This unit is non-smoking except on the balcony. Sorry, no pets permitted.
Parking is limited to one car.

Summary: Best condo in Orange Beach! Can’t beat the view. Small complex so not as crowded on beach. Big plus! Great shower! Comfy bed, kitchen well stocked. We spent a lot of time on balcony which is large watching dolphins play! So much fun. We will most definitely be back!

Summary: Anytime I need a place to stay at Orange Beach I hope this place is avaiable. It was perfect! Rick was a text away and answered all the questions we had quickly. Beach chairs were available to avoid a 45/day cost. Buffet breakfast next door was incredible for a small price. You'll love it here but don't book it when I need it!!!!!! lol

Summary: Our beachfront condo had amazing views. Rick, the owner, was great with his communication. He even messaged us a couple of hours after we checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The condo was well stocked. The provided beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus!

Summary: This is our 4th year to Emerald Sky and the 3rd time in this unit. We found some nice surprise upgrades to the unit. New floors, popcorn ceiling gone, beautiful new glass shower doors (love them) , new Adirondack furniture outside on the lanai (which we can in and out of easily!) updated light fixtures in the kitchen, some new glassware, and kitchen utensils. All giving a feel of being well taken care of.Great helpful communication and information to and from the owners. Easy and enjoyable living for a month of February sunshine!Love this unit and super handy location for us!

Summary: So happy we found this gem on the beach. Perfect place to relax for couple weeks, which was exactly what we were looking for. Cleanliness is excellent, kitchen is well stocked, but the best part is the balcony. You can sit there and take in the beautiful view.Another plus is the host. Richard made sure we had all the information on the condo and even checked on us to make sure all was good. This condo will not disappoint.! beautiful biew.

Summary: Very clean, well stocked condo directly on the beach. We were lucky to have great weather but even if we didn’t, plenty to do in the condo and in the area. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Close to everything! The host was very responsive and communication was great!
