Summary: We stayed for a long weekend during my sons wedding in West Chester. The farmhouse was perfect, tons of room for multiple generations and family members. The 2 kitchens were great. We also enjoyed to outdoor aspects of the property, the neighborhood was wonderful but you still felt like you were in the country sitting on the patio or even the front porch. Definitely recommend

Summary: We stayed for an extended weekend during my son's wedding in West Chester. The house was perfect for 3 generations to relax & spend time together between big events. We had plenty of space, the 2 kitchens & 2 fridges were great. The historic features of the home only enhanced the experience. The property grounds are super spacious ( we sat on the back patio Sunday night & could not see or hear a neighbor) and the neighborhood is quiet & upscale. The house itself was very clean & coordination with property management was seamless. I would highly recommend .

Summary: We have a large family- nine kids and eight grandkids. This was a perfect place for us to all be in the same house. We also had some other family members that stayed nearby at the camp site and another VRBO. The property gave us space and privacy to enjoy our time with family. We also found that there are plenty of stores nearby to get what we needed.

Summary: Seniors, adults, grandchildren. Relatives of the bride from Oregon, Arizona and Chicago area as well as Delaware and Maryland. Great place for us to socialize and participate in the wedding and reception. Also for seeing and socializing with each other. Many of us are seniors (over 70) and found the stairs a little challenging but adapted easily. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds.A great time was had by all.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was the perfect size for our group and was beautiful, as was the property. The house was beautiful and has some history being Jim Croce's old house, which was very cool. I loved the setup with it almost like it was 2 houses in one. The check in process was easy and we would absolutely stay again. Having said that, here are some of the cons.... 1) We noticed that there were various things broken. These were MINOR issue for sure, there were just a lot of little things that we were worried that we could potentially get blamed for, but i took some photos at check in and sent to the Evolve contact. 2) Some of the furniture needed replaced. some was very wobbly and we hesitant to use, such as nightstand in our room and one of the kitchen tables (white one)3) Now the big issue. We woke up the last day to a critter/mouse digging into our wrapped up leftover biscuits. I sent a video to the contact, who didn't even bother to respond. It was disappointing and seemed like since our stay was over, they no longer felt like they needed to respond to us. We also had a question on checkout time since our email said one time, but the instructions on the fridge said another time, but again....no response.Overall, we would book again if we had to as we had a very large group and it was a beautiful house/property, but def worth noting these things so it's not a surprise.

Summary: My family gathered from across the country to celebrate my dad's 100th birthday. We needed beds and space. This house provided both. The house is set up as two separate rental units but we used the whole house. It was clean and provided what we needed. We would rent it again if the need arises.

Summary: The place was clean and comfortable. The dining space is tight (as you can see in the photos), but they made the best of it. Plenty of space for all 14 of us to spread out, and the kids definitely enjoyed the large yard, though adult supervision is absolutely required for exploring the outbuildings.

Summary: Beautiful and spacious property. Home was clean and Elam was even kind enough to leave delicious cookies for our boys who were in PA for a hockey tournament.
