Summary: We had stayed previously and knew what to expect. it was like coming home to a special place.We love the spacious living area and deck and of course the view.The kitchen allowed us to cook as we wanted to and Karen helped us to fashion a cake tin.

Summary: Beds very comfy With plenty of bedrooms and relaxing areas. Views outstanding.Milk in fridge on arrival was appreciated. Plus the use of fishing rods and the piano was an added bonus. Good kitchen. Thank you. However listing needs to be updated to reflect the below.Owners live on property We were Requested to clean before departure but no broom or cleaning equipment to be found. Not even for the one toilet and there were 5 of us. One towel per person provided for 3 nights. Laundry out of action and would have to drive into Kaeo to use laundromat.

Summary: We had a great time here. It was a perfect place for our crew of three adults and 4 kids between 3 and 9. Plenty of outside space to burn of energy, great to have use of the hot-tub and a good location to explore nearby.

Summary: Friendly hosts stay in adjoining house but still felt we had privacy…great communication…older home built in the 1800s with lots of character and beautiful views of the harbour. Soaking in the spa with a fantastic view was the highlight of our stay 😊
