Great for family reunions, church youth groups that can visit historical sites nearby, great for family gatherings such as graduations, weddings, birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Your family can all be together under one roof. There are 5 bedrooms with a total of 12 beds. We also provide sleeping bags for those who would like to sleep on the floor. A fully equipped kitchen and a hutch full of china, silverware and goblets to make your event especially nice. Summary: This house looks small on the outside, but it's pretty big on the inside. Lots of room for a big group (up to 15 people). Centrally located and convenient.

Summary: The house and location are fantastic! It is across the street from Dixie State University. Quite street, plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. The house accommodates larger groups easily. Fully equiped for cooking in. The house has a number of locations for larger discussion or more private discussions. Plenty of seating for dining.

Summary: We had 5 families staying in the home. There’s are 5 bedrooms, so each family head had a room. There are enough extra beds either in each bedroom or elsewhere in the house, that all the children also had a bed. The kitchen was stocked with spices and other miscellaneous cooking needs, and has adequate utensils, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, table space, and chairs. We would have liked more rolls of paper towels and some trash bags. Taking everything into consideration, it was the perfect spot for our large family. Thank you.
