There is an exercise room with a full body home gym, free weights, treadmill, heavy bag and gloves and accessories. Above ground pool, hot tub, cornhole, a Bon fire pit and grill. Open floor plan for entertaining with a dining table to seat 12. Perfect home for friends and family to get together. Several lakes with public beach access within 5 miles, Grand Traverse Bay and down traverse city is less than 10 miles.

Summary: Beautiful property in a great private setting. We stayed here with 10 adults and everyone had a great time. Wendy was great to work with. We enjoyed the pool and new pool bar. We would look to stay here again!

Summary: This house has everything you would need! It is so beautiful and Wendy is a joy to work with. I had my bachelorette party here and it had everything we needed, including the space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The outdoor space is also fantastic, and the location worked really well for us. You’re close to downtown and it’s easy to get to. I highly recommend this property! Thanks Wendy😄

Summary: The location of this property was amazing! Being on 10 acres gives you the opportunity to really enjoy being with family and friends and not having to worry about if your being to loud or disturbing the neighbors. The property manager really goes above and beyond for her tenants. Any questions I had she would respond back almost immediately. She made me feel completely comfortable though out the whole process. The endless amount of amenities keeps everyone having fun for hours no matter the age. From the pool to the hot-tub and even all the indoor and outdoor games keeps it so there’s never a dull moment. We couldn’t be more pleased and definitely would stay here again!
