Here are some things to consider before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 40 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The Leelanau is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region. We can accommodate 4 guests.
The Leelanau features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.
This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

Summary: We had a 3 day, very busy stay in the area between a wedding and visiting, so we just wanted a safe place to stay.. But this was above and beyond what we expected wirh just how comfortable and cozy it was, the accommodations were perfect and more inclusive than we realized/expected, communication was very clear, and they were extremely accommodating with our busy schedule. It was extremely clean, we felt very safe, and will 100% considwr staying here again in the future and reccomend them to others. Beautiful, cozy, clean, safe and the least amount of stress I've ever experienced with any rental/hotel/etc. We're extremely happy to have discovered them and our local friends and family will also be reccomending them in the future. wirh oi communications and inst4tions

Summary: It was a nice quiet area, place was clean, had everything we needed, linens, dishes, soaps. The only complaint I have is there is nothing there to keep the children occupied. The pond was not accessible, no fire pit or playground. Other than that it was a very nice place.

Summary: My extended family and friends stayed in this location for my son's wedding. This condo is part of a 12-unit place which is perfect for wedding accommodations near the Blue Bridge venue. They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake.
