Positive: The house was very clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. My seven year old grandson loved having the Wii to play with. There were six of us staying in the house and it was wonderful to have 3 bathrooms. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the views from the balcony are lovely. The house is quite close to several good restaurants and coffee shops in North Hobart.
Negative: The driveway leading to the house was quite steep. We found it best to park the car on the street and just walk down to the house. The dishwasher was a little tricky to use and would benefit from a service check.
Summary: Lovely, Clean and very Spacious House Not far from the Hobart CBD.

Positive: Was a lovely big home with lots of space, and they made you feel really welcome with the bottle of wine and chocolates. There were some basic groceries like sauce, milk, salt and pepper, oil, tea, and coffee (even a proper coffee machine) The spa bath in the main bathroom was enjoyable and used by a couple of us at different times The view over Hobart was lovely from the balcony. We saw wallabies in our yard and next door, which was exciting
Negative: It's a personal thing, but I like a top sheet when sleeping rather than just a quilt (I find a quilt too hot, even summer ones) The steep entrance was interesting, but nothing we couldn't navigate. Even my dad, who is 82 but a pretty young 82 yr old

Positive: It had a good view and there was plenty of room. There was commentary chocolates and milk on arrival, and we got to check in ahead of time which was good. Not far from the IGA and there are good views overlooking Hobart.
Negative: I get you have to be cautious of the surrounds e.g. Neighbours but we didn't know about the sensors for noise until a few days before arrival and that you couldn't go out on the balcony at certain times. Maybe that should be told upfront. Other than that it was good. The floors boards were a bit squeaky.
Summary: It was a nice spot and had good views overlooking Hobart.
