House built on 1 hectare of land, large plot planted with trees and Provencal species, with views over the famous Luberon villages (Menerbes, Goult, Roussillon, Bonnieux), absolute peace and quiet, ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating with family and friends.
Outside: 10 x 5 swimming pool heated by a heat pump coupled with a solar system, large 130 m2 Menerbes stone beach and 40 m2 deck, sun loungers, 24 m2 pool house with kitchenette, shower and lounge area sheltered from the sun for hot summer days or sunset aperitifs, 11x5 boules pitch with furniture to accommodate supporters of the players , orchards with 10 varieties of fruit trees ( pear, quince, plum, apricot, peach, mirabelle, plum, cherry, walnut, apple ) numerous terraces to enjoy different times of the day, including a covered terrace, 23 vines (8 varieties), 20 olive trees, 5 almond and 5 fig trees, a herb patch..... unobstructed view of the Luberon mountains, very quiet setting, no nuisance, south-facing, in the heart of the Petit Luberon, view of Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste...
Interiors: The house has 6 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms) with 180cm beds, 3 bedrooms with 90cm beds (or possibility of 180cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds and 2 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor and open directly onto a terrace overlooking the garden, while the 5th and 6th are on the 1st floor and offer views of the Petit Luberon mountains and the valley.
All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
The kitchen opens onto the living room, and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling-mounted extractor fan, plenty of crockery to set pretty tables ....).
The living room has a large table that can seat 12 people if you prefer to dine indoors, and the sitting area with its 2 large sofas and armchairs can also accommodate the whole tribe for a drink, a chat or a book....The small sitting room has a sofa and a piano for practicing scales or enchanting the house, and the mezzanine lounge is equipped with 2 large armchair sofas, a TV and a library with games and books.
Adjoining the kitchen is a large 35 m2 covered terrace with teak furniture, where you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun. A Weber wood BBQ and an electric plancha complete the terrace's equipment.

Summary: Excellent two week stay in this house above Joucas. Great communication from the owner Isabelle, check-in was smooth and easy access per provided instructions. The house is beautiful and I'm has great views of the valley. The grounds and landscaping needed a little spring clean up on arrival but Isabelle accommodated that a few days into our stay. The pool is starting to show a little age but is perfectly functional and was wonderful. The house itself is excellent and well maintained, as presented in the photos. We had a great time

Summary: The property was everything we hoped for - beautifully decorated, spacious and well-equipped. The highlight is undoubtedly the terrace - looking out over the Luberon hills, watching them change colour as the sun went down was like a slice of heaven. Isabelle was an excellent host, providing plenty of information beforehand and being very responsive to any requests that we made. Joucas is a pretty little village, while Gordes and Roussillon are only a short drive away. For cycling enthusiasts, the roads and climbs in the immediate area are excellent and Mt Ventoux and the fabulous Gorge de la Nesque are also within range. Highly recommended!

Summary: Our family, 7 adults and 5 children, stayed at this beautiful house the last week of May. The house has everything you could possibly need—the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the heated swimming pool was fantastic! (The pool could have been a little warmer—the children were cold). There are several places to dine both inside and outside the house. We took advantage of the views, which are stunning! The location is excellent for day tripping to the wonderful villages. Our group ranged from ages 3 to 73 and it was perfect for our large group. Isabelle, the hostess, made everything super easy—she was responsive to my emails before and during the trip and made check in and check out seamless. She also supplied information about the region which was helpful.

Summary: It was a great spontaneous holiday in the beautiful spring landscape of Provence. The house has everything for a relaxing stay with the family. We have been there with the grandparents and three children and all of them enjoyed the place a lot, the pool, the great garden, the piano, the boule, table tennis, fireplace.. there is this very nice shop in walking distance where you can by fresh baguette and croissants and cheese…, and also a very nice restaurant just around the corner. And all the nice villages around. Thanks a lot Isabelle for sharing this wonderful place with us!!!

Summary: Incredible property and perfect for our family get away. The property was really well furnished and had everything we needed, with even a fridge and coffee machine by the pool. It's a wonderfully quiet location and not at all overlooked. It was very hot whilst we were out there, but there is aircon in the main living / kitchen area and also all the bedrooms, which works a dream and is quiet. There's a restaurant a 5 minute walk up the road which was also amazing. The host is helpful and responsive. Joucas is beautiful. In fact, we wanted to stay!

Summary: We rented this property for several weeks in May, 2023. A great property in a great location. Many day trip options within 1 hour. Wonderful views across the valley. House was spacious, clean and well laid out. Kitchen very well equipped. Very good beds - which always helps. Owner very responsive. Merci!!
