Summary: We stayed here for a month, and were sad to leave. Poligny has everything one might need and the area has so much to see. The Jura is beautiful. Our host Jennifer was amazing. Always helpful and provided extras that we needed. The kitchen had everything for cooking and eating. The beds were comfortable. The two and a half bathrooms were appreciated. The yard is lovely. There is no A/C, but fans are available. We loved our stay.

Summary: Wonderful house in a gorgeous town. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had every amenity we needed. The house stayed cool in the heat and the garden had patches of shade from the afternoon - it was a really lovely spot to enjoy the evenings outside. Jennifer was a fabulous host and we would love to return.

Summary: Fantastic stay with very nice host! Perfect to explore the French Jura for families or 2 couples Place as described, very calm and perfectly equipped for short to longer stays. Comfortable beds, nearby choice of boulangeries and lots of ideas from Jennifer what to do in the surroundings.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the holiday House very much. The Garten is beautiful. The kitchen is very good equiped. Everything was clean. Jenny was very kind even did send back our forgotten items to Germany.

Summary: A lovely property suitable for 2 families. Jennifer was great to deal with, very friendly and answered all my questions. The house is very spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Poligny is a beautiful town with nice shops and cafes. The surrounding area has plenty to do and is also very beautiful. One word of warning.... if you leave the bedroom open you might get a friendly bat roosting there treating you to a nighttime flight around the room!!! All in all a great place to stay!

Summary: What a fantastic rental! The home itself is perfectly appointment with all the modern finishes anyone could hope for, accompanied by the rustic charm of this beautifully renovated home. The kitchen and lounge are spacious and inviting and the bedrooms and baths are exquisite and comfortable. The garden is such a lovely place to enjoy the day. We loved being in Poligny - the village is charming and convenient to everything you could need. It is a great starting place to explore all that Jura has to offer. Jennifer is a fantastic host! It was a please to get to know her and her family. She provided many recommendations and advice for our stay, and provided so many special extras for our daughter. Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure our trip was everything we hoped for. We would absolutely come back!

Summary: Beautiful property, very peaceful. Each bedroom is individual and well decorated. Two bathrooms perfect. Large room for storing our bikes and securely out of sight of the street. Well equipped with everything that we needed. Handy flick chart guide to local points of interest, meals out and things to do. We spent the week swimming in lakes and rivers, cycling, and visiting Poligny and local towns. Many thanks!

Summary: We had a fantastic two weeks in Poligny this year, based on a recommendation from my sister who visited the previous summer. Jennifer is a wonderful host, on hand to answer any questions and to make recommendations, and also to help you get a taste of living in a French market town. The house really is beautifully decorated - each bedroom has its own character, and both the living room and kitchen are spacious and well-equipped. I would say that it surpassed our expectations. We loved spending time in the sunny garden, which is enclosed by a high convent wall and feels very secluded. Poligny is a good base for exploring Jura - we swam every day in the municipal outdoor pool or in the Lac de Chalain which is half an hour's drive away, and my husband went cycling every morning in the surrounding hills. All shops (bakeries, butchers, deli and cheese shops) and facilities in the town can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. Highly recommended, and I hope that we will be back in Poligny again before too long.
