This spacious two storey property has views from almost every window! It’s in a private peaceful setting. The bottom floor consists of kitchen , dining area and two lounge areas which flow onto the deck, laundry, bathroom, (newly renovated) single bedroom (currently a games/play room). The large deck flows from the lounges and is great for bbqs, sitting watching the boats coming in or watching the sun rise. There is also a trampoline, slide and swing for the kids.
The top level has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet newly renovated) 4 of these with views out to the sea and the Richmond Hills. Plenty of room for everyone. Would be suitable for a large family, 2+ families wanting to holiday together or a large group or people wanting to stay at the same location.
Location - Its great central location is within walking distance and minutes drive from the centre of Richmond, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc etc. Its within 15/20 minutes drive to Tahunanui Beach, Rabbit Island Beach, Rivers. 30 minutes to Motueka and 45 Kaiteriteri.
