4 Bedroom House in Peaks Island

Heron's Perch on Peaks' Island has space to hold everyone and cozy spots to curl up on your own. Just steps to the market and ice cream shop and a short bike ride to the open ocean on the back shore. Beautiful porch to enjoy morning coffee and light filled rooms. There are four bedrooms and a full bath upstairs with a total of 4 queen beds, 1 double beds and 1 twin bed. One bedroom has a desk. Heron's Perch was built in 1867 and the stairs to the second floor are steeper than modern stairs. There is a sleeping area with a comfortable foldout futon and desk on the first floor off the sitting room and a 3/4 bath downstairs. Plenty of room to relax in the two living rooms, front porch, back deck and large lawn with picnic table, chairs and fire pit. Peaks' Island has everything to make wonderful memories and rest and restore. We are in a residential neighborhood and for this reason quiet hours are mandatory from 10PM-7AM.

Summary: 4 adult couples were very comfortable. Easiest check-in ever. House was well-located with great gathering spaces inside and out. Beds were fine; lots of them. Bathrooms were fine but only two. Kitchen was large with all appliances needed. Loved our stay at the super sweet house!

Summary: My husband and I stayed two nights with our son and another couple for a wedding on Peaks Island. The house was clean, inviting, well furnished and had everything we needed to relax, cook a meal and hang out with friends. We really loved sitting on the porch if we stayed longer would have loved to make a fire outside in the firepit. It was well located and walkable from the ferry. Lily was great with communication and accommodating to several requests I had. The instructions for entering/leaving and cleaning up were clear. We have friends on Peaks and it would be fun to return to this home another time! I highly reccomend. .

Summary: Heron's Perch is a lovely house and it is in beautiful shape. The kitchen was great, and the many bedrooms were very comfortable. The decor is clean and modern. Lily was very friendly and quickly addressed the few questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back soon.

Summary: I'm a born and raised Mainer who now lives far away. I can never visit long enough in the summer. After staying with family for several weeks, our one true vacation week, staying at this beautiful Peaks Island home, was the best. Hope to come again next year!

Summary: My extended family had a wonderful time staying at Lily's beautiful house. With 7 of us, there were plenty of comfortable spaces to gather together and in smaller groups. The multi-bed bedroom has a TV, so my daughter and niece could watch their shows while we enjoyed a movie downstairs. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, which is very comfortable. The dishwasher is whisper quiet, the washer and dryer work well, and the kitchen is well stocked. It's a real home away from home. Thank you, Lily!

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay at Lily’s home! My brother, sister, and I (along with spouses and kids) recently had a weekend stay. I was a little nervous that the house would comfortably fit 6 adults and 5 kids, but it was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of room, enough beds for everyone, and we had absolutely everything else that we could have possibly needed. I have zero complaints, and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Lily is a wonderful host, and I highly recommend this home. I hope to return sometime soon.
