You will also be near hiking, waterfalls, rafting, shopping, and more. Entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway are nearby, as is Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. Great Restaurants and breweries are within an easy drive to Bryson City, Cherokee, Dillsboro and Sylva.
This Condo:
This spacious, newly furnished condo overlooks the golf course and tennis courts here at Smoky Mountain Country Club and offers beautiful mountain views from the back deck. While enjoying the west facing view on the deck, you can listen to the peaceful sounds of nature while relaxing under the covered dining area or enjoy the sun in one of the Adirondack chairs.
For maximum occupancy flexibility, the primary bedroom on the ground floor features both a king bed and twin bed with access to the view deck. The master ensuite bath contains a large countertop sink, an additional vanity area and a full wall of mirrors with a fully tiled glass shower. The 2 guest bedrooms upstairs both feature a queen and twin bed. The guest bath upstairs has a large countertop and sink with a full shower enclosure. The King sleeper sofa in the living room offers extremely comfortable additional sleeping space if needed and an additional half bath downstairs for all guests.
This condo has vaulted ceilings in the dining and great rooms, accented by a beautiful stone fireplace and 2 sets of sliding glass doors to take you out to the beautiful views and tranquility of the back deck.
The full kitchen features a glass top range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, a microwave and a fully stocked coffee station. The kitchen is fully- equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer and access to the garage.
The dining room and great room have luxury vinyl flooring, the bedrooms have carpet, and the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry have ceramic tile floors.
Large HD Smart televisions are in the great room and all bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.
