This beautiful 2 storey villa is situated in the quiet leafy estate of La Canada. Just 10 minutes from the airport and close to local amenities and entertainment.
MAIN FLOOR
On the main upper floor, there is a large airy lounge/dining room with plasma TV with free view and DVD player, through sliding French doors the L- shaped terrace can be accessed .The terrace overlooks the delightful tree filled landscaped garden, large pool and tennis court. The terrace is partly covered, excellent in the heat of the day and opens for the evening or the cooler months and is furnished with cane furniture and dinning tables that seat 14.
Off the lounge is a beautiful designer kitchen fully equipped with 2 ovens, cooler draws, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The kitchen is large, a great space for everyone to get stuck into the cooking, if you prefer to watch then you can sit at the breakfast bar with a glass of wine and offer advice.
On the same floor are 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning the master bedroom has a double bed and there is an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bath, and separate shower. There are 3 further bedrooms on this floor 2 of them with double beds, one with bunk beds and a single bed with pull out bed and an additional full bathroom.
There is also a small office and toilet on this floor.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor comprises of a large and spacious bar/lounge, the large wooden bar is a great place for everyone to gather around in the evening and share a drink. There is a large TV sofa, plasma TV, and DVD player. The chimney in the room was built for cooking paellas it also serves as a barbeque. There is seating around the chimney. The room opens out on to a terrace and the garden though sliding doors. On the terrace is a gas barbecue, table tennis table, tables and seating for 14. The bar is equipped with a 2 ring hob, fridge and dishwasher. Off this lounge there are two shower rooms these act as changing rooms as there is direct access to the pool from them. There are a further 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles.
To the side of the house is a petanque/boules court.
The main floor rooms are air-conditioned the down stair rooms have fans. The house is centrally heated in the winter. There is free wifi and an iPod docking station.
The washing machine and tumble drier are on the ground floor and there is a rotary washing line.
There is secure parking for 4 cars.

Summary: Absolutely fabulous property close to a gorgeous Spanish city. Can’t fault the owners or the folks that looked after us - everything from the welcome pack of essentials through to all the local guidance on what to see and where to go. The space itself is phenomenal- tennis court, swimming pool, green space, verandas, bar and patio - it has everything. Really outstanding.

Summary: Even from initial first contact with the owner, they were polite, friendly, helpful and very understanding. We had to rearrange our stay due to Covid restrictions last year, they switched the date for us with no problem. They answered any questions we had promptly. We were greeted at the villa on arrival by Lisa, who is lovely! The villa is very big and spacious. Our group was made of three families, we didn’t feel ‘on top’ of each other at all. Having 7 children with us, we were pleased with how secure the grounds were and how safe the neighbourhood felt. The children could never get bored (swimming pool, tennis, pool table, table tennis, garden). We walked to a few nearby restaurants (the Chinese restaurant and Olivers were our favourites!). We found the walk to the supermarket a little too far when bringing things back, so decided to hire cars. We found it quite difficult to get taxis. The cars enabled us to travel the short distance to the beautiful city of Valencia and the beach a number of times. During our stay, the key snapped in the gate lock, which the owner sorted out swiftly. You can see that this villa is a much loved family home brimming with memories; we’ve made some great ones for ourselves here now too! It does need a little bit of TLC in a few areas (tiles in pool being one), but this absolutely did not take anything away from our stay. This villa was absolutely perfect for us and our needs, we all had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this villa to others. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your villa.

Summary: We all had a very relaxing family holiday in Villa Maria Gracia. There was ample accommodation for us all with plenty of seating to allow us to enjoy some delicious family meals together. The facilities and environment made for a happy holiday, swimming, tennis and hide and seek were enjoyed by grandparents, children and grandchildren.

Summary: This is a superb villa with all the mods cons, perfect for large groups to stay in. There was someone there to meet us at check-in and show us around and then again at the end to hand keys back. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living room with freeview and netflix. on the tv. There are also two large tables so plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped (the kids in our group even had a baking contest!) Everything you need to cook for a large group is there. The garden has a swimming pool, tennis court, pool table and table tennis. Inside there are games, dvds, books, toys etc. Everything you need is provided; it is basically a home away from home. I went with a 1 year old and there was travel cot and highchair - perfect. Also there was shower gel in all the bathrooms, plenty of toilet rolls, teabags, milk etc. All the little things that make a stay more comfortable were thought of. There is a well-stocked supertmarket a 10 minute walk away. We didn't try any of the nearby restaurants although there are a few near the supermarket. We didn't hire cars so were reliant on cabs which was fine as they weren't too expensive (only 20 euros to Valencia.) We did use the metro line a couple of times but it was a tad too far (35 min walk with kids) and the trains were not that frequent. If you're planning to be out and about every day then a car is probably essential. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. The owners really care about the villa and they want their guests to enjoy their stay there.

Summary: We have just spent a fantastic two weeks at this extremely spacious property with family and friends. The villa is well equipped, with plenty of activities for children and adults, the large pool was a real bonus. It’s position is perfect for easy access to the airport, Valencia and the local amenities and restaurants. Overall the villa exceeded all our expectations and made for a fantastic holiday, highly recommended and would definitely return.

Summary: Great villa for a very active family. We have 3 children in their 20s and each one brought their partners. We all loved the pool ,tennis court, table tennis and boules. Very well equipped kitchen- we all took turns to cook which was good fun

Summary: The villa was everything we had hoped for and more! We had a wonderful time there celebrating my parents' 70th birthday. We were 9 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everybody and we could all sit together for meals. The villa is very child friendly with a lot of activities such as the pool, tennis court, table tennis and boules. You can easily go into Valencia or to the beach as it is close by. There is a nice grocery store 800 meters away (you can walk) and a bigger Carrefour within 10 min driving distance. We would love to stay at the villa again.

Summary: May 8, 2019 We were a group of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool or playing football on the tennis court. Also a lot of toys/ games for them were available. Even high chairs and cots could be used for the two boys in the age of two years. Villa Maria Gracia is very excellent and convenient place for family holidays. Valencia is a lovely place to visit, but if you want to relax and avoid the city life you can stay at the villa and enjoy the quiet area: you can reading books (many books are available) Excellent support: documentation of housing/ tools/ neighborhood supplied to us before traveling. Safety: it was possible to park our rented cars on the property. Also the safety precautions around the pool was a comforting thought. Summary: We spent two lovely weeks at this villa with two other families (6 adults and 6 children under the age of 4). It’s a big house and has plenty of bedrooms so it meant all of us had our own space and any differences in bedtime routines were easily accommodated. The kitchen is very big and extremely well equipped. The living room has access to some British television channels so CBeebies was available for any early risers! The garden is lovely, great for the kids to explore and adults to relax. It has a pool which we made full use of and it’s fenced off meaning there’s no need to worry when the kids are playing in the rest of the garden. The sports court is a real bonus, not least for the kids to chase and tire each other out! There’s even a bar to enjoy when the little ones have gone to bed! We spent most of our time at the house as it was so lovely being in the garden, but we did do a few day trips. We went to the aquarium in Valencia, definitely worth a visit and had a great couple of days at the beach. All in all a brilliant two weeks - we will certainly stay here again.

Summary: We stayed here with another family in October half term and I would highly recommend this villa as a base for families wishing to explore Valencia and it's surroundings. The villa is a home from home, attractively furnished with a kitchen which is better equipped than ours! There are two beautiful areas to sit and eat outside and comfortable outdoor seating under the shade of the veranda surrounded by the scent of jasmine. The outdoor space is the real beauty of this villa with quiet gardens, a pool, table tennis, boules and a fronton court (think tennis-squash hybrid and much more fun than either). When the sun is shining it's hard to drag yourself away from the villa but if you do there is plenty to do. It is our third visit to the area and we are still finding new places to explore. Valencia is a beautiful city and I would highly recommend hiring bikes to explore it, particularly the 9km of old river bed which runs right through the centre of the city and has been turned into an amazing series of parks each with its own distinct design style. This was one of our favourite family holidays and we will definitely be back.
