The home is just under 1,500 square feet. Almost double the size of competitors 2 bedrooms!

Summary: We loved our New Year's stay in Chandler. The location simply could not be better - 10 minutes to shopping, movies, and restaurants, and walkable to multiple coffee shops and breakfast places. On top of that, the townhome is a lovely gated area with a sunny pool. We enjoyed the ability to spread out with two bedrooms and two almost-identical bathrooms. We both worked for several hours each day before heading out to enjoy the area. There were two great work spots - I worked in the loft and husband in the dining room. Owners left us treats and a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed throughout our week. We'll be back (we've already scheduled our second visit)!

Summary: We had everything we needed in a convenient location. The owners were very responsive and flexible when we had a couple of minor questions. They made us feel very welcome. Loved the memory foam mattress. Very convenient for stores and restaurants, and I-10 and the 202. We liked having a garage, and the pool and hot tub were great and uncrowded. Be prepared for stairs - to be expected in a townhouse. We enjoyed walking to the lovely park and lake just a few blocks away. The egrets there were amazing.

Summary: This was my first VRBO experience and it was perfect! Maggie, our host, was a delight. She was very attentive to our needs and was very communicative, answering all of our questions about the property and responding very quickly when needed. The townhome was IMMACULATE. It was easy to get in and out of the community and the property was very quiet. It is described as a brand new, modern townhome and that it was! The kitchen was equipped with brand new appliances and pretty much everything you would need to cook or prepare meals. If you choose not to cook, there are lots of fantastic restaurants very close by. The living room area was cozy with a large dining room table and very comfy couches. The bedrooms were spacious as well with the most comfortable mattresses (I am not a great sleeper and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep here). The two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were perfect for our needs and my pups were very happy as there is a doggy park on the premises. I must reiterate how clean the home was and the attention to detail was superb. It felt as though no one had ever stayed there before and I love that feeling; from the fresh towels to the linens on the beds. We also enjoyed being able to park our car in a garage that had private access. If you are looking for a very sweet, clean, pet-friendly home away from home this is the place for you. I visit Phoenix several times a year and I will be staying here again!

Summary: We were so comfortable staying at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and the host thought of every detail for us to enjoy our time in Arizona! I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxury property in the Valley!
