House of 205 m2 in a quiet dead end with private swimming pool (16m x 7m) on an enclosed plot of 2600 m2.
Capacity: 10 people.
In the heart of the Catalan Country 7 km south of Perpignan in the village of Pollestres.
In the middle of the palm trees enjoy a manicured garden (weekly visit by the gardener), a swimming pool with alarm and integrated cleaning system (visit by the pool specialist once a week), a large shaded terrace (electric blind and two offset parasols) with large table and an outdoor bar for meals and barbecue.
The kitchen with its dining area is fully equipped. A second large capacity fridge freezer is also available in the garage.
In the 35 m2 living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas will welcome you facing the garden and the swimming pool.
Flat screen, DVD player, IPod station will be at your disposal to enhance your stay.
At the foot of the dining room tower with its bar and large family table.
In the sleeping area, served by a wide corridor with numerous cupboards, discover the three bedrooms with their private bathrooms and direct access to the garden through French doors.
The first air-conditioned "Bayadères" of 16 m2 has a 160 x 200 cm bed, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and its bathroom (shower, sink). Child's cot with bars.
The second "Volutes", also 16 m2, has a 140 x 190 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, a closet and its large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Finally, the 20 m2 Family Room with its two 120 x 190 cm beds is ideal for two adults or four children.
Its dressing room in an enclosed hall with two large closets opens onto the main bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, large mirror, bathtub and WC).
The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen and an additional DVD player.
Upstairs on the mezzanine tower the fourth bedroom is open to the living room.
It has two 90x190 beds and a 140x90 bed. Dresser + wardrobe.

Summary: Great place great location but a car is required, we have had a great time but it does say there is a hot tub but there isn’t one, the property manager was great and the couple of enquiries we had was felt with super quick

Summary: Superb communication with Veronique amazing gardens biggest pool ever used it every day in June. sun beds, hammocks, 5 seating areas /umbrellas and awning it can get windy. Didn’t find the spa. fully enclosed garden so safe for our dogs, showers with 3 of the bedrooms only one with toilet, other toilet available. Ok for us at it was just two of us. Kitchen has all the equipment you need Bin bags, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, ice and a bottle of wine. seating for 10 people at 3 different tables. Fridge in garage washing machine / dryer. table tennis,bikes with accessories floodlit Boulle’s. Has an impressive library from Harry Potter to classic literature objects d’art scattered around the property. Pool has a robot, watch out it occasionally fires water, Pool man comes Wednesday, Herve met us on day one and did the tour and explained how things work. He’s also the gardener who comes Saturday, lawns mowed, patios washed. BBQ and plancha in the garden. There is a list of contact numbers for emergencies, worth taking a picture, we had an issue with the electric gate ( there is a side gate) but Herve came round within 30 mins and fixed. Signs on the toilets / sinks not to dispose of waste - the drains are slow and sometimes there’s an odour in the garage. Also a sign on the doors as some of them the latches don’t fully lock, few windows the catches don’t stay open. All minor and didn’t impact our holiday. Views of the Pyrenees on the horizon

Summary: We had a great time and Veronique really took her time to give us a tour through the house. Although the weather could have been better the house made up for that. Spacious, loads of nice details and a great starting point for a lot of activities.

Summary: We stayed here as a family group of ten, ranging in ages from 7 to 83. The garden is beautiful. A large space with plenty of seating and areas to relax and a fantastic pool. The house is well laid out with everything you need and is in a perfect location to visit the beautiful surrounding areas of places like Collioure, Lac de la Raho and Villefranche de Conflent. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely week 😁

Summary: Large, spacious, airy villa with amazing outdoor space, located in a quiet area but close to good road links giving easy access to main attractions in the area. Superb outdoor barbecue. Numerous seating areas and beds for sunbathing. Great pool and facilities. Access to table-tennis and bicycles. Ample parking in drive and double garage, behind secure electric gates. Hosts Véronique and Pascal extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend, especially for families or groups of friends.

Summary: Spacious well-equipped house with a large well-maintained garden and best holiday pool we have ever enjoyed. The house is very practical with plenty of storage but not too chic to be intimidating. The hammocks were particularly popular with our teenage guests. Supermarket and bakery are close by and road access is good to the beautiful coastal villages around Collioure.

Summary: Veronique the owner and the property manager Herve we’re very attentive . Communication was excellent and responsiveness was first class. The location near coast , lakes, Perpignan and Collioure made touring the region east. However the star of the show was the garden and pool.

Summary: The house was perfect for us, a family with four teenage children. The living room is spacious, the kitchen very well equipped, and the beds comfortable. We were also happy with the washing machine and the bicycles provided. The bakery and village supermarket are within walking distance but we took the bicycles to get there. The absolute highlight of the house though is the huge and awesome private garden with pool. The garden is immaculately kept, with lots of possibilities for lounging and outside dining. We stayed in the beginning of May and were able to have breakfast outside every morning. After one week we didn’t feel like leaving at all. Contact with Veronique was easy, thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
