BRAND NEW LISTING! This beautiful home is located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group!
The Space:
Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy to- at the house we have a book listed with all the closest hot spots. Your bed options range from a cozy king to twins, trundle beds, air mattress, and fold out sleepers.
Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. Summary: Property owner was very communicative and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. The place is amazing for larger groups with plenty of space (we had 8 adults). The rooftop was easily the highlight, along with the bar/game room on the main floor. Walmart is right down the road for supplies and plenty of eating options within walking distance! Ubers to/from Nashville were easy. There were some maintenance items we passed to the owner after our stay and they promised to take care of it. This trip was a memory of a lifetime and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: This house was incredible, decorated so nicely, very clean and had so many things to do. Pool table, tvs, baggy, fire pit on the roof, and of course the hot tub! Great location, not too far from downtown or opryland. Roughly 10 min to Broadway, but a very simple drive. Dog parks are just down the road with tons of cute pups to see. Walmart, restaurants and gas stations are just up the road, less than a 5 min drive. Glad we found this gem! We will definitely be back!
