This 4,000 sq.ft. ranch large enough for small family gatherings or intimate enough for a few couples. Large well appointed kitchen, with bar seating for 6 at counter. Enormous family room/dinning room with big screen tv, theater sound, fully reclining couch, and vintage bar style pool table. Dinning room table has 6 chairs along with another table with 4 chairs (extends to seat 6) There are also 4 extra chairs available. Game room has a big screen tv, Wii, x-box, foosball table, couch, and plenty of board games. Additional full size bed can be set up to make it a 5th bedroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The 4th bedroom has a full size bed with a twin pullout trundle. The house is also equipped with men's and women's full bathrooms (left over from the days of being a restaurant). There are two decks, one is screened in with seating for 9 as well as a hammock. Home is also handicap accessible. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. We do not connect to the ATV trail system. Outdoor security cameras around property for safety. Cell service is limited (especially if you have Verizon) Wi-Fi available. Shared laundry with cabin on property. Additional Cabin on property is also available Vrbo #2474032.

Summary: We were in the area side by side riding and needed to accommodate a larger group! This place popped up and I am beyond happy it did! It was so spacious and beautiful! It was stocked with essentials that we may have needed and bonus items like board games, pool table, etc. Plenty of space to park trucks and trailers and a trail access point was right across the road where we could unload at. Everyone in my group was impressed! Wish I could give it 6 stars!
